Educator Renewal Retreat
The Educator Renewal Retreat invites teachers and other educators to step away from the demands of school and remember the value of their work. In RAND’s 2025 national survey, 53% of public K–12 teachers reported feelings of burnout. If you are weary, you are far from alone.
Through gentle reflection, personal prayer space, group reflection and unhurried rest, we will retreat together. We make space to name what this season has asked of you, notice the good and listen for what God may be offering you now.
You do not need to arrive with a plan to become a better educator. Come as you are, and receive time to be cared for, too.
